An actor in his early teens until early 30’s, Matt has a B.A. from New York University and attended N.Y. Military Academy.

An experienced Chief Financial Officer with 20 years of diversified practice in a broad range of industries and with businesses from small to large. He began his financial career with the big four accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Currently, Mr. Himy is the managing director of the CFO Squad. The CFO Squad is a financial and business advisory firm providing CFO advisory and regulatory consulting services for private and public companies.
Michael Kaniela Wheeler
Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Wheeler is an experienced securities and corporate attorney specializing in public and private offerings, compliance, M&A, and corporate governance. Michael’s expertise extends to private equity and financial advice in M&A, divestitures and corporate restructurings. He also represents small-cap issuers and has spoken at several major conferences on alternative capital investments including Regulation A+, equity financing, and revenue share agreements.

Lesly is a very accomplished contractor, designer, and restaurateur in New York City. Lesly is an industry leader in creating innovative dining concepts as well as designing original spaces. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Economics. After several successful years in banking, Bernard pursued an exciting and fruitful career in public relations and special events in Manhattan.

Mr. Messina brings 20+ years of entrepreneurship and digital marketing expertise to APPlife Digital Solutions. Mark began his career as a business and marketing consultant at the Wharton Small Business Development Center at the University of Pennsylvania. After successful stints at Price Waterhouse and Booz Allen Hamilton, Mark began two decades of entrepreneurship where he has served as a marketing and technology strategist to organizations including CBS/Viacom, The United Nations, The Vatican and Caesars Entertainment.
